You probably will need to increase Docker's default memory limit in order to generate some of the figures. The heatmaps in Fig. 4 and Fig. S1a are especially memory-intensive. We recommend 16 GiB memory and 4 GiB swap. These settings can be adjusted in Docker Desktop (Preferences > Advanced). If your local machine does not have sufficient memory resources, all figures will reproduce except for these two heatmaps.

The following shell commands provide the basic steps you need to start the container locally and reproduce the figures in the paper. We assume you have Docker pre-installed, are comfortable using its basic features, and can navigate your machine using a shell interface like bash.
