Welcome to our repository! Here, you'll find Docker images designed to run Totalsegmentator, a powerful tool that enables robust segmentation of 104 key anatomical structures in CT scans. These Docker images have been utilized to process data from the National Lung Screening Trial (NLST), which is hosted on the Imaging Data Commons (IDC) and processed using Terra and Velsera (previously known as Seven Bridges Genomics).
