配置说明

需通过环境变量传递以下参数：

• GITEE_TOKEN（必填）：Gitee平台的访问令牌（需具备仓库PR操作权限）
• GITEE_OWNER（必填）：仓库所属的Gitee用户名或组织名
• GITEE_REPO（必填）：目标仓库名称
• PR_NUMBER（必填）：需操作的PR编号
• COMMENT（可选）：要添加的PR注释内容
