Kurento拥有一整套不同的测试，主要集中在集成测试和系统测试，特别是端到端（E2E）测试，任何人都可以运行这些测试来评估Kurento的不同部分，即功能、稳定性、教程和API。

为了从最终用户的角度正确评估Kurento，设计并实现了一套丰富的E2E测试套件。为此，创建了Kurento测试框架（KTF）。KTF是Kurento项目的一部分，旨在对Kurento进行端到端测试。KTF基于两个知名的开源测试框架（JUnit和Selenium）实现。
