Identity provider configuration (OAuth sign-in)
axiomcloud supports three identity providers: Google, GitHub, and
Microsoft (Entra ID). Each is enabled by setting a client ID env var;
unset variables disable that provider's sign-in button and the
corresponding /auth/<provider> route returns 503.

Redirect URIs to register with each provider:

For Microsoft specifically, set the Entra app's Supported account types
to "Accounts in any organizational directory and personal Microsoft
accounts" to match the common tenant default, and grant admin consent
for the openid, email, profile, and User.Read Microsoft Graph
delegated permissions so end users don't see a consent prompt on first
sign-in.
