It includes Prometheus version 2.45.6 along with essential tools to support efficient metric collection and storage. The setup is designed for easy integration into FuchiCorp’s DevOps monitoring pipeline.

Prometheus: Installed version 2.43.0, a powerful monitoring solution that scrapes and stores time-series data, enabling efficient metric gathering and analysis. Rsync and Wget: These utilities are included to facilitate file synchronization and remote downloads, enhancing the image’s usability and flexibility.

docker pull fuchicorp/prometheus:latest

Run Prometheus:

docker run -it fuchicorp/prometheus:latest

Configure Prometheus: Customize the Prometheus configuration file (prometheus.yml) as required and mount it as a volume:

docker run -it -v /path/to/prometheus.yml:/etc/prometheus/prometheus.yml fuchicorp/prometheus:latest

Access Prometheus:

Prometheus will run by default with a configuration file located at /etc/prometheus/prometheus.yml and will store data in /var/lib/prometheus. Use command-line options to adjust any additional configurations as needed.
